Fun for the Family: Spring Break Scavenger Hunt in Little Egg Harbor, Tuckerton
Starting April 5th, families can get together to have some fun this spring break.
School-age kids and their families in Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton will have fun with a scavenger hunt in their town. Scavenger hunts are a lot of fun and very popular for kids of all ages.
This scavenger hunt in Little Egg and Tuckerton is special because it's all about local landmarks in a town-wide scavenger hunt, according to thesandpaper.net. The Scavenger Hunt is from April 5th, 2021, and runs through April 8th, 2021.
This is what caught my eye before writing this article. Local businesses in Southern Ocean County are jumping on board, making this a fun, family event. On April 4th, 2021 kids and their parents can head over to Hands Garden Center - 300 Rt. 9, Little Egg Harbor - kids can pick out a rock and personalize it and paint it. While the kids are picking their rock, parents can pick up the list of landmarks.
So, here's how the scavenger hunt will work. Once parents pick up the list, families will start checking out the different landmarks and receive small gifts at each location in Little Egg and Tuckerton. Each stop along the way, take a selfie at that place and post it on social media #LittleEggHarborSchoolDisctrict Facebook page or #parentsof southernoceancounty Facebook page. Make sure you type in Scavenger Hunt.
