Tomorrow, Monday, April 26, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy will make a major announcement regarding reopening efforts in New Jersey, relative to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Governor Murphy has teased the important announcement by stating that the key metrics have improved regarding both transmission rates and vaccinations.

Neighboring Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont is relaxing curfews and other curbs on May 1, 2021 and with no restrictions, effective May 19, 2021.

Governor Murphy has said that “we’re ready to move forward.”

Without knowing in advance the specifics of Governor Murphy’s announcement ... I feel secure to say that this is the news that more than 9 million New Jerseyans have been waiting for (for) more than 13 months.

We’ll follow-up tomorrow following Governor Murphy’s announcement.

We are close to whereby New Jerseyans will be able to fully re-emerge from “existing,” back to “living.”
