Great Seafood & Experience At Cape May, NJ Restaurant [Photos]
We had a great experience yesterday at this iconic Cape May, New Jersey seafood restaurant that has been open since 1922.
The Lobster House — Cape May, New Jersey

We have been going here at least once per-month for the past few years. The quality of the food and service is consistently excellent each and every time.
Just look at the view above. We always arrive just before the 11:30 a.m. opening time. The staff instinctively seats you at a window table, with the perfect water view.
Here’s a few more great views from our table, yesterday.

If You Want A Large, Delicious Lobster Tail — Here It Is

I often tease that “The Lobster House” lobster tail comes with its own zip code. They are gigantic.
I only eat half of it and then I enjoy the second half for dinner that night, or, lunch the next day.
The Fried Shrimp

The fried shrimp are so good, that my sister Karen orders this every time we dine at The Lobster House.
She wants to order other items from the menu … however, they are so good that she can’t do it. I can attest how good they are, as Karen always saves me one to enjoy.
If You Don’t Care For Seafood — No Problem

My wife Margie is not a big seafood eater. She can always enjoy a sandwich, salad or other non-seafood menu items.
This Fresh Loaf of Garlic Bread is Next Level Great

It’s baked fresh daily and also available to purchase at the adjacent retail store.
There is always a lot of bread leftover and they provide you with a bag to take it home with you.

The take home bag of garlic bread and you can see 1/2 of my lobster tail from yesterday that I took home.
