Help South Jersey Students with Mission Backpack 2019 [Sponsored]
Back to school can be a stressful time for some families. The list of necessary school supplies seems to grow each year. We want to help the students of South Jersey do their best in school with Mission Backpack 2019. However, we need your help.
Let Us Eat, Please is a nonprofit organization that helps kids, who rely on school lunches as a source of a substantial meal, during the summertime when school is out. For the 2019 school year, the organization will be giving out backpacks to children in need in Atlantic County. We will be helping out at various ShopRites in South Jersey to collect the necessary supplies.
Let Us Eat, Please has provided lists of supplies for both kindergarten through 8th grade and high school students. Save the images or screenshot the images below to use.
If you are a school in need you can email Dvecere@cooperlevenson.com and make the email subject "Mission Backpack2019."
Townsquare Media will be at local ShopRites to help collect the supplies needed on Saturday, August 24th 10 AM - 2 PM:
- WPG Talk Radio 95.5FM/1450AM and Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG: ShopRite of Absecon, White Horse Pike in Absecon
- SoJO 104.9 and 97-3 ESPN FM: ShopRite of English Creek, English Creek Ave in EHT
- Cat Country 107.3 and Rock 104-1: ShopRite of Somers Point, Bethel Road in Somers Point
ShopRite will have everything you need to help out Mission Backpack including backpacks and all of the supplies on the list in a designated area.
On August 24th you can drop off a filled backpack or shop for the items at the designated ShopRites on the day of the event.
