In a hard-to-earn interview, Roger Stone will be our guest this Monday for the entire 7:00 hour on WPG Talk Radio 95.5.

We have been friends for 45 years. Stone is a past guest of honor and keynote speaker at our Annual Hurley Dinner.

Stone is also a long-time friend and political adviser for United States President Donald Trump.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson gagged Roger 16 months ago. The gag order has finally been lifted and Stone has finally been given his voice back.

We did the last on-air interview with Stone right before Judge Jackson silenced him.

Stone hasn’t asked for one, but he’s praying for a pardon from President Trump.

Stone was convicted in November of lying to Congress and for witnessed tampering. The witness tampering was a flimsy charge regarding an alleged text threat Stone made about another witnesses dog.

The whole case in my estimation smells like a purely political prosecution.

Judge Jackson has denied Stone's motion for a new trial, rejecting his claim that the trial Jury forewoman was biased against him.

Jackson has ordered Stone to report to prison by this Thursday, April 30. Jackson sentenced Stone to a harsh 40 months in federal prison.

Stone has said and written that this is the equivalent of a death sentence, because of the the coronavirus pandemic and his preexisting health conditions.

Stone told me that "I'm 67 years old. I had severe asthma as a child. If you look at the profile of those who are most at risk, I fit that description," said Stone.

Various federal judges have released the likes of Michael Cohen, Rick Gates, Michael Avenatti and many others.

In my opinion, at this time it would an outrage to have Stone report to prison at a time when thousands of non-violent and even some violent offenders are being given compassionate release.

Don’t miss Roger Stone this Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. It will be wide ranging. He’ll be talking about the federal Judge, the case, the trial, millions in legal expenses, his legal defense fund, renewing his faith in God and much more.
