Popular Atlantic County Bagel Shop Opens New Ventnor Location
We recently told you about a new bagel shop, Poppy's Bagels, coming to Ventnor for the summer of 2026.
Poppy's Bagels Officially Launches on Ventnor Avenue
Well, get ready, Ventnor, Poppy's had their soft opening on Friday, June 5, and will be serving fresh bagels on the island this summer.
Poppy's, which has a location in Galloway at The Exchange, 80 West Jimmy Leeds Road, recently announced on their social media channels that they were opening a second Atlantic County location in Ventnor, and that time has come.
Moving Into the Former Jules of Margate Space
The new Ventnor Poppy's location will be at 5123 Ventnor Avenue, which was formerly Jules of Margate, down the north end of Ventnor, one block north of some other popular Ventnor establishments like Sack o' Subs and Nucky's.
What's on the Poppy's Bagels Menu?
In addition to bagels, Poppy's will be serving a variety of grilled cheese and other signature sandwiches, wraps, and salads. I have been eyeing up their jalapeño cheddar bagel since they made the announcement, and will definitely be making my way over to Ventnor to try one as soon as possible.
