Maryland Man Shot and Killed in Vineland Sunday
Authorities say a man from Maryland was shot and killed early Sunday morning in Vineland.
According to the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office, around 3:00 Sunday morning, Vineland police officers responded to a report of a shooting victim at Chestnut Avenue and Northwest Boulevard.
Arriving officers found 31-year-old Travis Douglas of Randallstown, MD, suffering multiple gun shot wounds. Douglas was taken to Inspira Medical Center-Vineland where he later died.
An investigation into his death is on-going and is being conducted by both the Vineland Police Department and the Major Crimes Unit of the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office.
