New Jersey Man Dies In Fiery Crash On Garden State Parkway
The New Jersey State Police have release some of the details involving a New Jersey man, who died late last night in a fiery car crash on the Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County.
Fabrice Deryce, of Scotch Plains, North Jersey, was traveling south in a Chevy Impala, when he hit multiple fixed objects at around 11:45 p.m. yesterday in Tinton Falls, according to the New Jersey State Police.
From there, Deryce’s forward progress then caused him to enter the grass median, between the local and express lanes, and he struck a concrete barrier that is a part of an overhead sign support structure.
Initial police reports state that the car caught fire. It has also been revealed that Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) was performed on Deryce at the scene.
Deryce was later pronounced dead, according to the NJSP.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
