
NFL Steelers QB, From NJ Dies After Being Hit By Dump Truck
In tragic news, National Football League Quarterback Dwayne Haskins has died after being hit by a dump truck earlier today in Florida.
ESPN reports (Adam Schefter) broke this story.
Haskins was a quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was only 24 years old.
Haskins was originally from Highland Park, New Jersey. ESPN confirmed that Haskins was training in South
Florida with his Pittsburgh Steeler teammates.
Schefter learned about Haskins’ death from his agent.
Haskins spent his early years, growing-up in New Jersey and later moved to Maryland.
Haskins played his college football at The Ohio State University.

Haskins spent two years with the NFL Washington Football Club, before being traded to The Pittsburgh Steelers.
Haskins final social media message read:
'It is what it is' will keep you at peace."
UPDATE: FoxNews.com has learned that “Haskins was attempting to cross the westbound lanes of Interstate 595 on foot when he was hit by a dump truck, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). Haskins was pronounced dead at the scene, and authorities said it was "unknown" why he was walking on the interstate.”
