Roberta Anne Michels-Hopkins, nicknamed "Birdy," has been missing since 1981.

It's a case that remains unsolved and police are revisiting her case to give her family and friends some closure.

Police remind you that all tips can remain confidential.

Hopkins was approximately 29 years old when she left her home in Camden on or about February 17, 1981.

There was nothing unusual about that day.  She had told her family that she'd be going on some errands. That was the last time they saw her.

Police say that at the time of her disappearance, she was approximately 5'1" - 5'5", 120 - 140 pounds.

She had long brown hair but was known to wear wigs.  Her eyes were green and she had scars on her right wrist and her right ankle.

Police have released a picture of how she looked around the time she disappeared and a progression photo created by their Forensic Imaging Unit.
