Investigation Into Child Porn Distribution

Authorities say an investigation identified an IP address associated with a home in Lakewood as a location from which someone, eventually identified as Brondi, was uploading child porn images to the internet.

On May 29th, 2024, detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office executed a search warrant on Brondi's home and electronic devices that were seized, "led to the discovery of less than 1,000 items of child sexual abuse material."

Brondi was charged accordingly and taken into custody at Lakewood Township Police Headquarters. He was transported to the Ocean County Jail and subsequently released as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.

Officials say they were able to determine that Brondi had shared more than two dozen items of child sexual abuse material on the internet by utilizing a file-sharing program.
