Pilot Killed After Small Plane Crashes in Gloucester County
The pilot of an ultra-light aircraft was killed when the plane crashed in Gloucester County Monday afternoon.
The crash reportedly took place around 12:45 off of Tuckahoe Road in Franklin Township, not far from Downstown Airport on Route 40, according to NJ.com.
Video shows the yellow plane scattered in a wooded area.
Police say the pilot was the only person on the plane. The identity of the victim has not yet been released. No information was given as to where the plane took off from.
