Police Searching for Missing 13-year-old Vineland Girl

Police in Vineland are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl.

Police say Alexis Ruis was last seen at her home at 7:30 Monday morning. Here's a description provided by police:

Hispanic white female approximately 5'5, weighing approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Last observed wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and pink shoes.

Police say they have reason to suspect she may be in Millville.
