Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina says Joshua Hudson was arrested on Wednesday and charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail pending a detention hearing in Superior Court.

Coffina says Hudson was taken into custody at his home following the execution of a search warrant and multiple electronic devices were seized.

The investigation began in November after the High-Tech Crimes Unit received information regarding Hudson’s online activities from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The investigation revealed Hudson used an online data storage system to maintain CSAM (child sexual abuse material) files.

This case will be presented to a grand jury for possible indictment.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
