The saga of Revel continues as its utility supplier is now threatening to turn off the building's water, electric, and heat on Thursday unless its debts are addressed.

ACR Energy says it will take the Revel property dark, by cutting off several essential utilities, at 5PM this Thursday unless it receives word that some outstanding debts will be paid. This latest court battle now joins an on-going court battle which has the sale of the former casino to Florida developer Glenn Straub on hold as other appeals are being heard. Attorneys for Straub say he would walk away from the deal if it does not close by February 9th.
