Marty and La’Quetta Small are criminally charged

You can’t overstate what a mess the management of Atlantic City Hall and the Atlantic City Public Schools is at this time.

It has become abundantly clear that Marty Small is taking the heat over the serious multiple criminal charges that he is facing.

New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury has rejected a motion to dismiss criminal charges against Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small & his Schools Superintendent wife La’Quetta Small.

The month of April, 2025 is Child Abuse Prevention Month in Atlantic County, New Jersey. This important focus has officially been recognized for more than 40 years.

Marty and La’Quetta Small both face criminal charges for child abuse. Marty Small also faces a separate indictment for alleged witness tampering.

While no mention was made about them directly; it was all but implied that the current disturbing child abuse case involving alleged perpetrators Marty Small, La’Quetta Small and Constance Days-Chapman … was clearly a top of mind reality.
