Wildwood’s promise to crack down on unruly teens is showing results. More than half of the people arrested in July were 19 or younger, including one as young as 12.
"The dreadful activity in Ocean City was completely out of control and totally unacceptable. It was yet another preventable incident, and it should never have happened, but the Legislature dropped the ball,” said Sen. Joe Pennacchio (R-Montville).
In Beach Haven, locals have been posting video of teens being loud, rude, urinating in public and harassing residents. There have been similar issues reported in other shore towns, like Ocean City, Point Pleasant Beach, Toms River, and more.
