Three people were arrested early Tuesday morning in connection to car burglaries in Egg Harbor Township.

Cops responded to East Kennedy Drive around 4:30 Tuesday morning after a witness saw a person inside of unlocked vehicles with a car with its headlights off following closely behind. Seven officers responded and located three suspects and the vehicle in question, which was towed to the police station. Further investigation at the station located proceeds from vehicle burglaries inside the vehicle.

Now facing charges are 19-year-old Michael Izquierdo-Arellan of EHT, 20-year-old Anthony Soto from Bronx, NY, and 19-year-old Raffy Diaz-Cavallo of Pleasantville. All three were charged with burglary, criminal attempt, and conspiracy, and were released on a summons. Additionally, Diaz-Cavallo was wanted on an unrelated warrant and was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
