Today is living proof that you don’t have to face a hurricane for there to be significant impact.

For example, The March, 1962 Nor’easter caused massive damage in the Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Today, the effects of Tropical Storm Ophelia is causing significant beach erosion on just the first day … of what will be a multi-day weather event.

I want to thank my friend Rick Santoro for taking these revealing photos, right near the Ventnor Fishing Pier area in Ventnor City, New Jersey.

In the featured photo above and right below here, you can already see a cliff forming at near the water’s edge.

Back on February 23, 2023, I wrote an article about the September 14-15, 1944 Hurricane that caused catastrophic damage in the Atlantic City area.

Thanks to Joyce Smith, I was able to publish amazing photos of the massive damaged caused.

Here is a stark reminder as to just how powerful Mother Nature really is.
