My wife Margie and I were driving home from the 27th Annual Talkers Magazine Conference, held yesterday at Hofstra University.

It was a “Who’s Who” gathering and it represents the most relevant talk radio, digital media, new talk media gathering in America.

We have been attending for the past 11 years. It was wonderful.

Talkers Founder and Publisher Michael Harrison and his team do a phenomenal job.

On our drive home … on The Garden State Parkway South … we were on mile marker 50 … and, I said to Margie … “Let’s turn-off at exit 37 and go to Randall’s Seafood,” in Pleasantville, New Jersey.

I love everything about Randall’s Seafood … its waterfront location. The dock … the raised garden … and, of course the seafood.

They have everything.

One of my favorites is the colossal crab meat. It’s perfect every time.

Here, below, is a plated sample from today:

Every bite is succulent and just delicious.

If you love clams, Randall’s has every size and style that you can think of … from Chowder to little necks and everything in between.

Above you can see Randall’s Seafood’s elaborate clam sorting machine … which separates the clams by size.

Take a look inside the seafood counter above. You will see wonderful fresh fish … with a variety of selections.

Below is today’s live reader board list of more than 20 fresh fish varieties that are available:

As important a fact it is that Randall’s has great food … the staff is just as good.

They are always friendly and accommodating.

I will be enjoying my colossal crab meat today for lunch.

Bon appétit.
