Two men from Burlington County were critically injured in a single-car crash in Galloway Township Saturday evening.

According to Galloway Township Police, a car being driven by a 25-year-old man from Burlington was traveling westbound on Biscayne Avenue around 7:00 Saturday evening when he failed to negotiate the curve for Seaview Avenue and left the roadway. Cops say the vehicle struck a tree and then partially overturned prior to striking another tree with the roof of the vehicle.

Both the 25-year-old driver and a 32-year-old passenger were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City where, as of Monday morning, they remain in critical condition. Both identities of the occupants are being withheld at this time due pending notification of family members.
