Vineland Man Arrested for Being 15-year-old’s Baby Daddy

A 25-year-old Vineland man is facing charges of sexual assault after impregnating a 15-year-old city girl after several sexual encounters.

The Vineland Police Department Detective Bureau says Javier Tlaseca-Pena from the 400 block of N. 8th St. in Vineland was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Tlaseca-Pena was processed on the charges and is being held in the Cumberland County Jail.
