Violence Continues: 16-year-old Wounded in Atlantic City Shooting Monday Morning
Less than 24 hours after a 42-year-old man was shot and killed in Atlantic City, a teenager was shot in the World's Play Ground.
Luckily, in this shooting, the teen's injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
The Atlantic City Police Department says their officers responded to the 1000 block of Brigantine Boulevard at around 1:30 Monday morning for a ShotSpotter alert. At the scene, cops located evidence of gunfire but no victim. According to police, a short time later, a 16-year-old woman arrived at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division with a gunshot wound.
