Atlantic City Firefighters File Suit vs. City, State, and Others

We have learned and confirmed that The Atlantic City Professional Firefighters have filed suit against the City of Atlantic City, the state of New Jersey and other parties.

The litigation centers around the multiple cases of COVID-19 which has rocked the Fire Department this week.

The Atlantic Fire Department rank and file doesn’t believe that the City has demonstrated a sense of urgency regarding this health crisis.
