Voluminous Blunt Questions From Residents For Atlantic City Mayor Small
Dear Mayor Small,
From the many residents and businesses of the 5th ward who cannot attend
Wednesday's update PLEASE try to answer these questions during your press conference:
Are you moving the beach bar?
Where is it going? When?
Has this been approved by DCA, DEP, CRDA, CITY? Will the existing structure BE COMPLETELY REMOVED!? By when!?
Having endured excessive decibels and profane lyrics day and night extending to 5 a.m. will you guarantee that beach lot 17 and 18 will BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED from the beach lot auction list and USED SOLELY for non commercial usage by beach goers and their families !?
What happened to all the fines that were supposed to be levied against the beach bar for their numerous violations?
Why is this location treated differently than other beach bars regarding compliance?
How did they get away with not having the required excess liability coverage and with numerous outstanding violations?
Sincerely,
Preserve Our Beachfront
