Constance Days-Chapman was criminally charged about 4 weeks prior to Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small and his wife, La’Quetta Small … who is the superintendent of public schools.

Days-Chapman has always been one step ahead of The Smalls regarding receiving bad news after more bad news.

All three criminal defendants, in a serious child abuse case have lost one decision after another. They have tried to have subpoena’s quashed and evidence suppressed, to no avail.

They have failed at the trial court level. Now Days-Chapman has failed in the New Jersey Appellate Court.

Days-Chapman attorney Lee Vartan must now decide if he is going to appeal the latest lost to the New Jersey State Supreme Court.

We have obtained a copy of the Appellate Decision order (dated April 7, 2025) from a well placed law-enforcement source. (See below).
