
Atlantic City, NJ Mayor Reveals Major Action Coming Vs. Prosecutor
During a wide-ranging on-air interview from Park Place and The Boardwalk in Atlantic City, Mayor Marty Small broke major news that will be coming versus the Atlantic County Prosecutor, Will Reynolds.
The interview took place on the “Hurley in the Morning” on WPG Talk Radio 95.5, live from the “Soar & Shore,” Visit Atlantic City.
Small confirmed that a major lawsuit versus Reynolds is coming soon. Small indicated that it will happen “by this time next week,” said Small.
Mayor Small Previously Served The Atlantic County Prosecutor With A Tort Claim Notice

Before you can sue a government employee or entity, you must first file a Tort Claim Notice, which Small did do several months ago.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Will Reynolds

Reynolds presented multiple criminal charges against Marty Small to two different Atlantic County Grand Jury’s … for child abuse allegations and witness tampering allegations.
Small won a decisive, unanimous jury verdict at trial, several days before Christmas, 2024.
It Was A Marty Small Undisputed Knockout

So much so, that Reynolds was left with no choice but to drop all criminal charges against La’Quetta Small and Constance Days-Chapman.
They were both facing separate criminal trials of their own … that now will never take place.


Atlantic County Executive Dennis Levinson

Levinson recommended to Reynolds that he should drop all criminal charges versus La’Quetta Small and Days-Chapman.
For his efforts and gesture towards Reynolds … Levinson is now facing voluminous litigation at the hands of Reynolds.
