
Atlantic City, NJ, Police Make 3 Arrests And Locate Gun & Drugs
The Atlantic City, New Jersey police department continues to make progress in its effort to clean-up the city.

Arrests Made, Gun & Drugs Located
A Search Warrant led to the arrests of 3 Atlantic City residents and the discovery of a stolen handgun and drugs.
On May 20, 2025, detectives of the Special Investigations Section executed a court authorized residential search warrant on an apartment in the 1500 block of Baltic Avenue, said the Atlantic City Police Department.
Target & Two Others Arrested
The target of the Atlantic City Police Department investigation, Robert Taylor, along with Donna Jordan and Maria Manigualt.
Here Are The Specific Criminal Charges
ARRESTED: Robert Taylor, 45 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey.
CHARGES:
- Unlawful possession of a weapon while committing a CDS offense.
- possession of a large capacity magazine.
- certain person not to possess a weapon.
- possession of CDS.
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone.
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone.
- receiving stolen property.
- money laundering.
- possession of CDS paraphernalia.
ARRESTED: Donna Jordan, 60 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey.
CHARGES:
- Unlawful possession of a weapon while committing a CDS offense.
- possession of a large capacity magazine.
- certain person not to possess a weapon.
- possession of CDS.
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone.
- possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone.
- receiving stolen property.
- money laundering.
- possession of CDS paraphernalia.
ARRESTED: Maria Manigualt, 60 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey.
CHARGES:
- Loitering to obtain CDS.
Note: Manigault was released on a summons and was given a future court date.
Taylor and Jordan are currently being lodged at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
