Atlantic City Schools Boss Court Date; Unrelated To Child Abuse

Atlantic City, New Jersey, Superintendent of Public Schools La’Quetta Small keeps making news … for all of the wrong reasons.

On May 31, 2024, we broke the news of La’Quetta Small (allegedly) improperly parking in not just one … but, two handicapped parking spaces at the Absecon, New Jersey Home Depot.

La’Quetta Small does not appear to be a disabled American, and likely does not qualify to legally park in a handicapped parking space.

The Absecon Police Department has ticketed La’Quetta Small for the incident.

La'Quetta Small is scheduled to appear in Absecon City Municipal Court on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

Atlantic City citizen an activist John Exadaktilos just happened to be at the Absecon Home Depot at the time of Smalls’ handicapped parking issue.

Exadaktilos took photos and video of Small and her Atlantic City taxpayer-owned automobile, a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe, which was illegally parked.

Exadaktilos called the Absecon Police Department, who promptly responded to the Absecon Home Depot at 2:17 p.m.

Court records also confirm that La’Quetta Small has been ticketed six other times for parking offenses from 2011 to 2019.

If La’Quetta Smalls’ handicapped parking issue involves using or misusing disability placards … this is the potential result:

La’Quetta Small, along with her husband, Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small are also facing serious child abuse criminal charges.

They are due back in court for this criminal matter on July 15, 2024.

La'Quetta Small currently stands criminally charged with:

• 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.
• 3 separate counts of disorderly persons simple assault.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small is criminally charged with:

• 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.
• 3rd degree aggravated assault
• 3rd degree terroristic threats
• disorderly persons simple assault.
