The body pulled out of the Mullica River on Saturday is that of a missing Pennsylvania  man, authorities said.

New Jersey State Police spokesman Lt. Brian Polite said the body, found by two fishermen in Washington Township in Burlington County, was identified as John Kohlbecker.

He was reported missing on Feb. 14 after last being spotted on surveillance video at a ShopRite in Bridgeton on Feb. 11. He was stopped by local police in Buena Borough that same day.

Stained clothing believed to Kohlbecker's had been found along the Mullica River while his 1995 Toyota Camry was found in the Green Bank State Forest Station in Wharton State Forest in Washington Township.

Police had described Kohlbecker as an “at risk” individual.

Police said the cause of death was likely hypothermia drowning and does not appear suspicious.
