Body of woman found on jetty in Atlantic City, NJ: report

Published reports say the body of a woman was found near a high-rise resort in Atlantic City early Thursday morning.

According to WPVI-TV, the body was discovered around 5:30 in the unit block of N. Maine Avenue on a jetty by the Flagship Resort in the city's inlet section.

6ABC reports the woman was wearing a bathing suit when she was found.

As of Thursday afternoon, neither the Atlantic City Police Department nor the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office had released any information.
