If at first you succeed.... you really need to stop and find another career, young Brigantine man!

Brigantine Police say for the 5th time, they've arrested Daniel Pino, 18, on car burglary charges.

Pino was caught Saturday night breaking into cars on 8th Street South: "Pino was positively identified as the perpetrator by a witness. Officer Huot conducted a follow up investigation and found that items Pino was in possession of were stolen from inside another vehicle in the 300 Block of 5th Street South."

According to police, "Pino was charged with one count of theft, two counts of burglary and one count of credit card theft. Charges were authorized by a judge to be placed on a warrant and Pino was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a hearing."

Brigantine Police point out that "These charges are merely an accusation and not proof of guilt. In all criminal cases a charged defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty." They also mention in their release this: "The information contained in this release may not be used by anyone to harass, threaten, or intimidate the defendant in this matter. Misusing this information in such a way may subject you to criminal prosecution and/or civil liabilities."
