Little Rock Films and Studios, an independent filmmaker based in Ventnor, is looking for extras in a variety of roles for a TV pilot set in Atlantic City. 48 Blocks is described as a drama showing 'the grit and glitter of present-day Atlantic City...where "The Wire" meets "This is Us".'

Little Rock Films is seeking non-union talent to portray background roles in the shooting of for the pilot of 48 Blocks.

Let me say right up front that you won't get rich as a part of this project, the pay is food and IMDB credit, but everybody has to start somewhere.

You will have act quickly to fill one of these roles as shooting is planned for the next week around Atlantic City.

Will be portraying a barbershop patron. (No actual cutting will occur) Sunday, Sept. 29 in Atlantic City.

FUNERAL ATTENDEES (Any gender / 18-75 / AfricanAm)
Portraying funeral attendees at a Baptist Church. Friday, Sept. 27 in Atlantic City.

CITY COUNCIL ATTENDEES (Any gender / 35 to 75 / Any ethnicity)
Will be portraying an audience member at a city council meeting. Monday, Sept. 30 in Ventnor, NJ.

HIGH SCHOOL TEENS(Any gender / 16-20 / Any ethnicity)
Talent must be 18+ years of age but look like they could be in high school. Thursday, Sept. 26 in Atlantic City.
