Downtown Toms River Prepares For Protests

Following the peaceful protests in Asbury Park yesterday, there are plans for a protest in Toms River today.

While the TRPD is promising to allow a peaceful demonstration while protecting the community, some local businesses are taking precautions just in case things take a negative turn.

A protest Monday in Asbury Park remained peaceful and community members in Toms River hope to have the same results in their town today.
