Saying that,

You can't drive down Atlantic Avenue … but the city's giving out fines for cracks on my sidewalk!!? - John Devlin.

I have confirmed that former Atlantic City, New Jersey Municipal Utilities Authority Board Chairman John Devlin has received an official City of Atlantic City “NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS AND ORDER TO ABATE.”

Devlin has been ordered to “Repair sections of the sidewalk that is damaged or raised up causing tripping for walkers.”

Here is a copy of the notice that Devlin received:

Many Atlantic City roads and pavements are currently in horrendous condition (due to neglect), including Atlantic Avenue.

On Friday, December 15, 2023, a regular listener, caller, friend named Eric wrote me that current condition of Atlantic City roadways “cost me $ 1200 for wheel bearings because of those roads.”

Devlin is also a former, more than 20-year duly elected member of the Atlantic City Board of Education.

For many of the past two decades, Devlin was the President of the Atlantic City Board of Education.

Devlin has filed substantial litigation against the City of Atlantic City, Mayor Marty Small, Public Schools Superintendent La’Quetta Small, numerous City Council Members and other appointed city officials.

Devlin is represented by local attorney David Castellani, who has had documented success against the City of Atlantic City in the past.

Devlin’s case against the City of Atlantic City has now reached the deposition phase, as Castellani is ready to begin taking the depositions of numerous Atlantic City officials, including Marty and La’Quetta Small.

Atlantic City Councilman George Tibbitt will be one of the first to be deposed.

Tibbitt has previous publicly stated on WPG Talk Radio 95.5 that “Mayor Marty Small lied to us. We owe John Devlin a public apology,” said Tibbitt.

Tibbitt then went on to issue a public apology to Devlin for the improper City of Atlantic City action that was previously taken against Devlin.

Devlin was removed from his Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority board position by City Council … by just one vote.

A sham special counsel process was established to remove Devlin.

Later in 2023, the Atlantic City Board of Education voted to remove Devlin from his Board of Education seat.

Devlin appears poised to ultimately receive a substantial financial award for the political retaliation that he has been subjected to.

Numerous potential witnesses have told me about cell phone and other digital evidence that appears to confirm the retaliation by against Devlin.
