Four Arrested, Drugs Seized at Motel in Middle Township

Four people were arrested Wednesday when the Middle Township Police Department executed a search warrant at the Silver Birch Motel in Rio Grande.

Cops say heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, marijuana Wax, Xanax, and drug paraphernalia were recovered. The following people were arrested:

• 28-year-old Brian Schubert, Jr., Rio Grande - charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin with intent, Possession of Methamphetamine with intent, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• 26-year-old Nikki Kelley of Erma - charged with Possession of Xanax, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• 28-year-old Angela Utter of Rio Grande and 24-year-old Jacqueline Simms of Mt. Ephraim were both charged with Possession of Marijuana.

All four people were processed and released on summons.
