Governor Chris Christie Gets a Road Named After Him in Morris County
Despite his unpopularity in his state, Gov. Chris Christie is getting a road named after him in Morris County.
Yep, that's right. Next time you're driving around Morris County, expect to see a road called "Governor Chris Christie Way." While the New Jersey governor has faced the lowest approval rating in the country, he can now end his term with the honor of having a road in his name.
Gov. Chris Christie lives in Mendham township with his wife, and has served the county since the mid 1990s according to US News. He's also the first New Jersey governor from that area since the 1800s.
