Ok, so we are ringing in the New Year and many people will be indulging in champagne or other alcoholic beverages. While you don’t set out to overdo it, sometimes you get caught up in the celebration and end up intoxicated.
Of course, we all know we never ever want to drive in that condition, but as the bed spins and you wake up with a pounding head, the fun of the night before turns to regret and a vow to never do that again. It's always best to eat something prior to partaking in any drinking. Fatty food especially slows the absorption of alcohol into your bloodstream. While food itself won't prevent the hangover, it can help.
