Hurley: Craig Callaway To File $10M Tort Claim Against Guardian

Former Atlantic City Council President Craig Callaway has just confirmed on “Hurley in the Morning” on WPG Talk Radio that later today his attorneys will be filing a $10 million Tort Claim Notice against Atlantic City and Mayor Don Guardian, personally.

The lawsuit seeks massive damages for public comments made by Guardian about Callaway during the recent past General Election season.
