New Jersey State Police are looking for a man who they say fled from troopers in Cape May County.

On May 25th, troopers from NJSP Marine Services observed the man allegedly operating a watercraft erratically at the bathing beach in Lower Township.

Troopers initiated contact with the operator at approximately 3:20 PM and they say the man was unable to produce personal credentials or vessel registration.

The suspect was described as a white male between the ages of 50-60 and is said to have a large tattoo on his back and another on his right forearm.

At the time he was stopped, he was on a blue Yamaha personal watercraft as seen in this picture.
