Manchester Police need your help identifying woman who stole wallet, used credit card

Manchester Township Police need your help identifying a woman who allegedly stole a wallet and then used a credit card to buy some things.

Police obtained surveillance footage from the Walmart in Toms River and said that the woman pictured also shops often at the Stop and Shop in Whiting, which is where the wallet theft occurred.
