Two people from Millville are in trouble with the law after troopers say they stole a pick-up truck and thousands of dollars worth of power tools.

Authorities say 20-year-old Anthony Jeannette and 27-year-old Kristy Taylor, both from Millville, were both charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft. Taylor was also charged with possession of prescription drugs.

According to a Facebook post, troopers responded to a report of a stolen pick-up truck from a home on Sayres Neck Road Sunday. Shortly after responding, cops stopped a truck matching that vehicle's description in Laurel Lake. During the stop, troopers confirmed it was the stolen pick-up and they arrested the two occupants, Jeannette and Taylor.

Troopers also discovered they were both in possession of stolen power tools. After further investigation, they determined Jeannette and Taylor broke into another property on Sayres Neck Road and stole the tools prior to stealing the truck.
