One Person Hurt in Storybook Land Ride Accident

Not much is known except that one person was hurt around noon Friday at Storybook Land on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township.

Egg Harbor Township Police say the guest was injured while riding the "Out on a Limb" swing ride at the park.

Police have not released any information on the injured guest. Nothing is none about his or her age or the extent of injuries sustained. Police only say that the injured person "required medical attention."

A post on the Storybook Land Facebook page confirms the information, and that the ride has been shut down pending an inspection and investigation.

Police say officials of Storybook Land are fully cooperating with the investigation.
