Scathing Letter About Prosecutor Sent To NJ Attorney General [Here It Is]
If Atlantic County Prosecutor Will Reynolds versus Atlantic County Executive Dennis Levinson were a tennis match … the spectators would have serious whiplash.
Scathing letter Penned By Levinson About Reynolds
We have obtained a copy of a very critical letter about Reynolds that Levinson has written and sent to New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport. We are publishing it in its entirety here in this article (see below).
Reynolds Picked The Wrong Fight
Since losing the Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small trial, along with the pardon of Harris Jacobs, Reynolds has made a number of unwise decisions.
(Reynolds) picked a public political fight with Levinson (and, now with others) was unwise for a multitude of reasons.
Reynolds Wrote A Letter To Levinson
Reynolds requested to be represented by a separate legal counsel, instead of using the sitting County Legal Counsel.
Reynolds Also Took exception To Levinson
Reynolds didn’t appreciate Levinson’s advice … when Levinson suggested that Reynolds should recommend for the dismissal of criminal charges against La’Quetta Small and Constance Days-Chapman.
Levinson suggested that Reynolds should do this prior to Christmas, 2025.
Reynolds Has Previously Filed A Tort Claim Notice
This is a legally required first step before someone can file suit versus a municipality, county or public officials.
Reynolds appears poised to file a lawsuit against Levinson, The County of Atlantic, along with numerous other Atlantic County Offucials.
Reynolds filed a similar Tort Claim Notice against Mayor Small, the City of Atlantic City, along with La’Quetta Small and the Atlantic City Board of Education.
Reynolds’ Tort Claim Notice includes multiple city and Board of Education officials.
It is very rare for a sitting prosecutor to litigate against his own county and largest municipality in this manner.
