A Mays Landing woman is facing charges after cops say she had over a pound of marijuana in her car.

Hamilton Township Police say they responded to the area of Cologne Avenue near Oakcrest Drive just before 2:00 on the morning of February 20th for the report of an erratic driver. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the driver, 64-year-old Mary Consalvo of Mays Landing, and they saw a large clear bag of suspected marijuana inside of the car (over 1 pound).

Consalvo was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute, and multiple motor vehicle summonses. She was released on a summons, pending court.
