Stafford Twp. Police Say Nurse Assistant Stole and Used Patient’s Credit Card
Police in Stafford Township, Ocean County, say a Little Egg Harbor Township man has been arrested for unauthorized use of a credit card and other related offenses.
Stafford Township Police say Michael Simmons, 33, was arrested back on June 4th. Simmons, according to police, worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Genesis Elder Care between 2018 and 2020. They say he stole a card from a patient who was under his care.

Police say that card was later used to purchase high-end electronics.
Simmons is being held in the Ocean County Jail, pending a court appearance, He faces charges on, "multiple theft related offenses."
Police say the incident remains under investigation, and more information will be released once the investigation is completed.
