Loved ones of a woman who had gone missing in Gloucester County can breathe a sigh of relief that she's been found after surveillance video led police to her whereabouts.

The woman reportedly disappeared from the 3000 block of S. Black Horse Pike in Williamstown sometime Wednesday, May 22nd but was located a day later about a mile into the Winslow Fish & Wildlife Management Area, according to Monroe Township Police Department.

It was surveillance video of the area where the woman vanished police got a hold of that showed her walking into nearby woods, Patch.com reports.

Monroe Twp. Police believe the unidentified woman became lost, possibly due to the heavy rain that fell Wednesday into Thursday during the time she was missing.

By the time police located her the woman was unable to walk and was reportedly taken to a nearby Jefferson Hospital for treatment of injuries she sustained.

Little more is known about the woman who went missing, such as her name, age (i.e. if she was elderly and/or suffering from dementia), and if Monroe Twp. is her hometown. There also hasn't been a recent update regarding her condition.
