Teen Fatally Shot in Pleasantville Tuesday Night

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says an 18-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday night in Pleasantville.

According to authorities, Pleasantville Police responded to Edgeley Avenue after receiving a 9-1-1 call around 10:15 PM.

Tyner says 18-year-old Byron Jones of Pleasantville was located at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.

This is an ongoing and cooperative between the ACPO Major Crimes Unit and the Pleasantville Police Department.
