
Toms River Man Sentenced for Road Rage Threats in Atlantic City
Mays Landing, N.J. — A Toms River man has been sentenced to three years in state prison for threatening to kill a driver — and his dog — during a road rage incident Atlantic City last year.
29-year-old Frank Marin was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty to one count of third-degree terroristic threats.

According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, on September 12th, 2025, Atlantic City police responded to a road rage incident on MLK Blvd.
The victim told officers he had stopped to allow an ambulance to cross an intersection when Marin, driving a white Nissan Altima, ran a red light and nearly collided with his vehicle
The two drivers confronted each other in the street. When the victim tried to leave, Marin cut him off from the passenger side and began threatening him, telling him he would kill him and his dog.
Marin then retrieved a taser from his vehicle and approached the victim's car. The victim drove forward and bumped Marin's Nissan before Marin returned to his vehicle and drove off.
Assistant Prosecutor Frank Edward Vizzi, Jr., represented the State.
