One teenager was arrested and police are searching for two more in a stolen vehicle case in Gloucester County.

The Washington Township Police Department says at about 4:00 Saturday afternoon, one of their officers located a stolen vehicle from Philadelphia entering the Wrenfield housing development in their municipality.

3 Suspects Flee After Police Attempt Vehicle Stop

As the officer conducted a vehicle stop, three people jumped out and fled.

One of the three, 19-year-old Zamir Trusty of Glassboro, was allegedly found behind a house and taken into custody.

He was charged with resisting arrest by flight, obstruction of justice, and receiving a stolen vehicle. He was turned over to the county jail.

Officers captured clear images of the other two and detectives are working to identify them so they can also be charged and arrested. Those pictures were not released to the public.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
